Mark and Tracy serve together as a pastoral team whose desire is to connect people to the body of Christ and disciple them to become self-feeders of God’s Word.
Pastor Mark joined the Crossroads Staff in 2000 as Christian Education Director and Youth Pastor. He accepted the role of Executive Pastor in 2005. Pastor Mark oversees the Leadership development of all ministry leaders in the church. He teaches Wednesday night Bible Study and coordinates events and activities for the Church.

Tracy serves as the Events Coordinator for Crossroads. In this role, Tracy is responsible for the planning of weddings and church-wide events. She also seeks to connect volunteers with opportunities to serve in ministry events such as Family Fun Day and Crossroads Anniversary.
Tracy is the youngest daughter of Pastor John and Mardie Sauls. Mark and Tracy
were married June 21, 1997, and have two children.
Mark's hobbies include: spending time with his family, hunting,
fishing, reading, farming and sports.
Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends.
