"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms." 1 Peter 4:10 |
God has graciously entrusted us with so many diverse gifts, yet He has charged us with one common duty to use whatever gifts we have to serve others. We believe there is nothing greater than when those gifted in the arts use their abilities in the local church; being used by the Holy Spirit to draw people to Christ.
|
The Creative Arts Ministry’s purpose is three fold. |
- Firstly, to pave the most accessible path to the throne of God in our corporate worship times through the arts
- Secondly, to move people from a mindset of an experience of worship to living a life that worships
- Finally, to provide a place for those gifted in the arts to serve and develop their gift
|
| As you read through this page our hope is that those gifted in the arts see themselves serving, whether it's playing an instrument, singing, or serving in the technical arts. It’s only after serving it to others, that you can really know what your gift was meant for. |

Bands |
 |
The bands are the musical core of our weekly worship services. They are made up of musicians chosen through an audition process. These are people who have basic chart reading skills and learn music parts quickly. The band rehearses on Thursday nights at 6:00 pm. Good attendance and strong commitment are required.

Vocal Teams |
|
Each week the vocal teams play a big role in guiding people toward Jesus Christ. They are made up of vocalist chosen through an audition process. These are people who can learn parts quickly and have strong vocal skills. The vocalists rehearse on Thursday nights at 6:00 pm. Good attendance and strong commitment are required. |

Technical Arts |
|
The technical teams probably play one of the biggest roles during our services. They give a voice to the rest of the creative arts team, as well as our teaching pastors. The technical teams concentrate in two major areas: Sound reinforcement and video. They serve in many ways from sound/line checks for the platform team to projecting song lyrics and sermon outlines on the main screen. A tech. team is present at all services and selected events. Good attendance and strong commitment are required. |
